Please visit our office on the 3rd floor of Jame Abu Bakr Siddique Masjid to get your Registration Package and Forms
In order to complete your registration the following is required:
- Enrollment Form (all fields must be completed)
- Registration Fee Non-Refundable-$25 (Cash or Cheque)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Card
- Two identical passport size photos
- Two most recent report cards
- Supply Fee-$325 (Cash or Cheque)
- Void Cheque
(Please make cheques payable to: Scarborough Muslim Association)
Once your registration form, and fees have been submitted you will receive both an admission letter and email. You will be contacted by phone and email for our open house in the summer with more details.
PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSIONS NOTIFICATION
It is the responsibility of the parents to make sure all their most recent information, address, phone numbers, emails etc. are updated on the application form. The school has the right to cancel admissions for lack of up to date information. It is also the responsibility of the parents to keep in touch with the school office to check on the status of their children’s applications for admission.
